The Power of Your Testimony

Hey fam :) Just want to share THE WORD of the day/night :-)

Revelation 12:

"10 Then I heard a loud voice in heaven say:

“Now have come the salvation and the power

and the kingdom of our God,

and the authority of his Messiah.

For the accuser [the devil] of our brothers and sisters,

who accuses them before our God day and night,

has been hurled down.

11 They overcame him

by the blood of the Lamb

and by the word of their testimony;

they did not love their lives so much

as to shrink from death.

12 Therefore rejoice, you heavens

and you who dwell in them!

But woe to the earth and the sea,

because the devil has gone down to you!

He is filled with fury,

because he knows that his time is short.”

---> The devil has been defeated (past tense, present and future truth) and he knows that he has been defeated and he is also well aware of the fact that "his time is short" so he wants to go about deceiving hearts and blinding eyes from seeing the victory that Christ has won for us.

--->But NO! we have overcome the devil "BY THE BLOOD OF THE LAMB" [Jesus already paid the price on the cross so all we have to do is go to Him and let His precious blood wash all our sins] and "BY THE WORD OF THEIR TESTIMONY" [The devil really hates hearing us share testimonies of what God has done/ is doing in our lives coz it reminds him of the present state (his defeat and God's Victory) as well as his fate (his time is running out and his eternal punishment is approaching).

---> So keep on sharing your testimonies of what God is doing in you and around you coz they are a powerful weapon against the enemy and really encouraging for us to hear and give all the glory to God.
